Cara Lane, Facilitator

This fast-paced, entertaining and thought-provoking instructional day will offer you the ability to move forward with a renewed sense of excitement and understanding.

Communication is often the number one reason why organizations aren’t moving forward in their productivity and unity. Miscommunication happens and this class will give the reasons why and how to fix where communication goes wrong. The whole goal is to get everyone on the same page to have a better understanding of each other and how we can work together. The goal of investing time in active listening will lead to quicker and more efficient processes.

Awareness is the first step to change. Many of us are unaware of our bad communication habits. We all have a blind side and can perceived differently from our true intentions. Cara provides the instant solution to all communication problems with a three step resolve for everyone, especially leaders.

Some of the hardest conversations in life lead to greater success. Cara provides a true and tested method on having fearless conversations. Conflict resolution leads to a new understanding, a resolve and even a greater friendliness in the workplace. Who wouldn’t want to enjoy work more? Better communication is the answer and the key!
