Each hall at UCO has its own Hall Council. These groups are comprised of students from that specific hall, with elected members voted on at the start of the academic year by the residents of that hall. Hall Councils organize events to bring the halls closer together and encourage community within their hall and the residential community. Click here to learn more about Hall Councils!
