Josh currently serves as the Director of TPS. In this role Josh is responsible for overseeing all aspects of UCOs TPS operations. This includes long term strategic planning, staff management, project management, budget management, and overall direction of the department. Josh came to UCO in August 2011 to pursue his M.A. degree, starting at TPS that month as well, and has served as a student parking officer, Lead Enforcement Officer, Manager of Field Parking Services, and Assistant Director at TPS. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in History from Northern Michigan University, a Master of Arts degree in History-Museum Studies from UCO, & is a certified parking professional through the National Parking Association (NPA). Josh is a member of the NPA, the Campus Parking & Transportation Association, and the International Parking Institute.  


Business & Administration


Jennifer Sirera, Assistant Director for Parking AdministrationOffice Manager Jennifer Sirera (405)-974-2745

Jennifer joined TPS in August 2015 as the Office Manager & was named Assistant Director for Parking Administration in September 2017, overseeing day-to-day operations of the administrative office. In this role Jennifer is responsible for customer service, appeals, billing, citation management, and supervision of office staff. Jenn is also our resident IT expert on our parking management software, looking for ways to improve its function and working with our vendor. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Oklahoma. Jennifer is a member of the National Parking Association and the International Parking Institute. 



Brittany Platt, Communications & Administrative CoordinatorBrittany Eddins (405) 974-2780

Brittany joined TPS in July 2016 as the Customer Service Representative & was promoted to Communications & Administrative Coordinator in April 2018. In this role Brittany oversees the student office workers of TPS, is the first point of contact for anyone needing information, and operates our parking management software. She is also responsible for overseeing TPS marketing & communications strategy, our social media sites, website, and giving presentations about TPS to various groups. She fills in for the Assistant Director of Parking Administration in their absence. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from UCO. Brittany is a member of the National Parking Association and serves on UCO Staff Senate and is on the executive board for Edmond LibertyFest.


Kristopher Pittman, Manager of OperationsField Supervisor Kris Pittman (405)-974-2742

Kris serves as the Manager of Operations. Kristopher joined TPS in February 2016 as the Lead Enforcement Officer, then was promoted in July 2016 to the Daytime Field Supervisor and in November 2018 was promoted to the Manager of Operations. Kris oversees and manages enforcement technology, special event parking, visitor parking, and minor parking lot maintenance. Kris supervises TPS field and maintenance employees. Kris has an Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts from Oklahoma City Community College as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety from UCO. He is currently working on his Master's degree in Adult Education: Student Personnel at UCO. Kris is a member of the National Parking Association, the International Parking Institute, and the Campus Parking & Transportation Association. 


Linda Kelso, Lead Daytime Parking Officer, Part-Time (405) 974-2780

Linda has been working for TPS as a part-time lead parking officer since August 2003. Linda has been an integral part of TPS for over 13 years, primarily focusing on enforcement and training.



Dillon McDaniel, Coordinator of Parking & Bicycle Maintenance Dillon McDaniel (405)-974-2786

Dillon currently serves as the Coordinator of Parking & Bicycle Maintenance for TPS, but joined TPS in August 2012 as a student officer. In addition Dillon has served as Parking Officer I, Parking Officer II, & Lead Parking Officer during his tenure at TPS. In his current role, Dillon is responsible for maintaining TPS's Bum-A-Bike fleet and overseeing the rental program. Dillon also serves as support for field operations by maintaining all parking meters, pay stations, parking bumpers, signs, immobilization devices, and overseeing inventory. He also backs up the field staff, assisting them in their duties when necessary. Dillon is currently working towards his bachelors degree at UCO. Dillon is a member of the National Parking Association, the International Parking Institute, and the Campus Parking & Transportation Association.
