Jennifer Redwine, Interim Director (405) 974-2745

Jennifer is currently serving as the Interim Director for Transportation and Parking Services. She joined TPS in August 2015 as the Office Manager & was named Assistant Director of Parking Administration in September 2017, overseeing day-to-day operations of the administrative office. In this role Jennifer is responsible for customer service, appeals, billing, citation managment and supervision of office staff. Jenn is also our resident IT expert on our parking management software, looking for ways to improve its function and working with our vendor. She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Oklahoma. Jennifer is a member of the National Parking Association and the International Parking Institute.



Brittany Eddins

Brittany Platt, Communications & Administrative Coordinator (405) 974-2784

Brittany joined TPS in July 2016 as the Customer Service Representative & was promoted to Communications & Administrative Coordinator in April 2018. In this role Brittany oversees the student office workers of TPS, is the first point of contact for anyone needing information, and operates our parking management software. She is also responsible for overseeing TPS marketing & communications strategy, our social media sites, website, and giving presentations about TPS to various groups. She fills in for the Assistant Director of Parking Administration in their absence. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from UCO. Brittany is a member of the National Parking Association and Campus Parking & Transportation Association. She also serves on UCO Staff Senate and is on the steering committee for the UCO Young Professionals Association.


Kristopher Pittman, Manager of OperationsField Supervisor Kris Pittman (405) 974-2742
Kris joined TPS in February 2016 as the Lead Enforcement Officer and was later promoted to the Daytime Field Supervisor. In November 2018, he transitioned into the role of Manager of Operations, where he over sees and manages enforcement and maintenance personnel, new technology, special event parking, visitor parking, and minor parking lot maintenance. He has an Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts from Oklahoma City Community College as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety from UCO. Because of his passion for student development, he is currently working on his Master's degree in Adult Education: Student Personnel at UCO. Kris is a member of the National Parking Association, the International Parking Institute, and the Campus Parking & Transportation Association. 




Bailey Cheatham, Supervisor of Field Operations (405) 974-2787

Bailey joined the TPS team in March of 2019 as the Supervisor of Field Operations. Her role
oversees the training and management of the Field Leads and Student Parking Ambassadors.
She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 with her bachelor's degree in Fine Arts; which is also where she began her supervisory career as a student in 2013, going full time after graduation. Ever since, she has found she really thrives working in higher education and really enjoys working with students, faculty and staff alike and is very excited to be a part of the UCO family.



Dillon McDaniel, Coordinator of Parking & Bicycle Maintenance Dillon McDaniel (405) 974-2786
Dillon currently serves as the Coordinator of Parking & Bicycle Maintenance for TPS, but joined TPS in August 2012 as a student officer. In addition Dillon has served as Parking Officer I, Parking Officer II, & Lead Parking Officer during his tenure at TPS. In his current role, Dillon is responsible for maintaining TPS's Bum-A-Bike fleet and overseeing the rental program. Dillon also serves as support for field operations by maintaining all parking meters, pay stations, parking bumpers, signs, immobilization devices, and overseeing inventory. He also backs up the field staff, assisting them in their duties when necessary. Dillon is currently working towards his Bachelor's degree at UCO. Dillon is a member of the National Parking Association, the International Parking Institute, and the Campus Parking & Transportation Association. 



Linda Kelso, Lead Daytime Parking Ambassador, Part-Time (405) 974-2780

Linda has been working for TPS as a part-time lead parking officer since August 2003. Linda has been an integral part of TPS for over 15 years, primarily focusing on enforcement and training.

Thade joined TPS as a student parking ambassador in December 2017 and currently serves as the Lead Evening Parking Ambassador. He is responsible for overseeing evening student parking ambassadors, aiding in student professional development, enforcement, and administrative duties. He is currently working towards his Bachelor's degree in Community/Public Health and is set to graduate in May 2020. Due to his interest in the relationship between people and the built environment, Thade plans to attend the University of Oklahoma to earn his Master's degree in Regional + City Planning.
