Event Parking

Events on campus that will bring guests/visitors to campus who do not have a UCO parking permit are required to secure parking arrangements in advance. Guests of an event that has not secured parking in advance will be subject to regular visitor rates and regulations.

Any event that requires or desires other parking services, such as reserved spaces, blocked lots or spaces, or TPS personnel assistance are also required to secure parking arrangements in advance.

Due to the extensive labor required to shut down most parking lots, requests to reserve a lot are recommended to be requested at least two weeks in advance. Parking lot reservations are subject to availability and TPS discretion.

Conference and Events

Events securing rooms and/or catering through UCO's Conferences and Events office must also secure parking arrangements through the Conference and Events Coordinator. Please contact the Conference and Events office for more information.

Parking Request Form

All events not working with the Conference and Events office must submit an online parking request form at least two (2) business days in advance. Groups that do not have any visiting guests but would like reserved spaces or blocked lots or spaces must also complete the online request form. Detailed information, including the purpose of the event, will be required.
