Center for Counseling and Well Being

Walk in appointments for same day access are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am-11:30 am and 1:00 pm-3:30 pm. On Wednesdays, walk-ins appointments are available from 1:00pm-3:30pm. Student support groups and are offered weekly. A case manager is available to help students with barriers to success in college such as budgeting, time management, stress management, and other support around finding campus and community resources. The Center also offers Project SPEAK, a program that will inform of services that are available to those that have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, bullying, stalking or any form of violence. Students can also visit with Kevin the Greyt, a therapy dog, to reduce stress. Office of Diversity and Inclusion

The Office of Diversity & Inclusion researches, designs, and implements unique programs that promote the pursuit of academic success, encourage retention and enhance graduation rates of students. DACA and undocumented students are encouraged to participate in programs and services offered through the office for support and to be connected to other campus resources. Office of Global and Cultural Competencies

Faculty, staff, and students seeking resources for DACA and undocumented students can contact the office. The office seeks to establish and enhance initiatives that enable the university to connect with and serve the diverse communities within the metropolitan area. The Office of Legal Counsel is committed to provide the most current information on federal, state, and university policies to faculty, staff, and students. For questions or assistance, please call 974-3377.

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is happy to assist prospective DACA and undocumented students through the application process.  Prospective DACA and undocumented students who have questions regarding the application process or have general questions about UCO, can email questions to Latasha Giddings at

Outside law enforcement coming on campus for the purposes of DACA related actions should be directed to the Office of Legal Counsel. If presented with a subpoena or other court order, call the Office of Legal Counsel at 974-3377.
