Lessons in Leadership


Lessons in Leadership is UCO’s unique speaker series which features outstanding metro, staten national and global leaders from a variety of backgrounds once a week. Students who choose to take the course for credit may earn either 1 or 3 credit hours.  This fall semester course focuses on developing your individual leadership capacity and presenting numerous viewpoints and personal anecdotal lessons from varying leaders.

Lessons in Leadership meets Tuesday mornings each fall semester from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in Constitution Hall in the Nigh University Center unless noted otherwise below. Each presentation is open to the entire university student body, faculty and staff.

  • This event will take place in the CTL Radke Theater, not Constitution Hall

November 5th  Jim Dunlap and Pat Hall, Founders of Majority Plus Government Relations Firm 

November 19th  David Castillo, President/CEO, Greater OKC Hispanic Chamber 

November 26th  Kendra Horn, Oklahoma Congresswoman, 5th District
