Donovan Cousan, is a graduating senior at the University of Central Oklahoma, majoring in Community/Public Health. Donovan is a native of Lawton, Oklahoma where he graduated from Eisenhower Senior High School. Donovan serves as the Project Director for the Black Male Initiative and Fellows Program out of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. He is humbly recognized as President’s Leadership Council Scholar and a Ronald E. McNair Scholar. Donovan is a Spring 2015 initiate of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. byway the Zeta Sigma Chapter, where he currently holds the position as Chapter Dean and Historian. Donovan’s other involvements on campus include being apart of the Executive Director for UCO Leadership Academy and executive member for Presidents Club Children’s Christmas Party and Student Ambassadors. Donovan's philosophy of life is to create better perspectives and new opportunities for African American men. His interests involve serving his community, staying active in his church home, going on trips with friends, and maintaining his fitness in the gym. “UCOLA is so great because it allows me to develop, motivate, and push leaders early in high school years. This is something that is dear to me considering that when I was in high school, I was so eager to expand my leadership skills and abilities.”

My name is Destiny Henry and I am very excited to be the Co-Director of curriculum this year. UCOLA has been apart of my life for fours years. I have been honored to be a participant, group facilitator, and currently an executive board member. I am thrilled to continue to educate students on leadership and life long skills.
My name is Mary Beth Balcerak. I am from Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. My major is Marketing and I plan on attending law school next fall. I am honored to be the Co-Director of Curriculum for UCOLA. I am excited to be apart of a program that advocates for leadership and encourages students to become leaders within their communities.
Ezekiel (Zeke) Wariboko is a Senior at the University of Central Oklahoma majoring in Strategic Communications. His passion for storytelling and motivating those around him to not only survive, but to strive, make him a sought-after commodity. Serving as the Director of Outreach, his duties include: Communicating and reaching out to volunteers, coming up with creative marketing plans, implementing strategies to reach different people, and keeping the air light with his sense of humor. Zeke has/still serves in 3 other student groups. Of those are Black Male Initiative, Ad Club, and PRSSA. In his free time, Zeke enjoys writing stories, fast cars, and getting fit at the gym.
