Who we are

We are a center dedicated to health and fitness in those who are 60 years and older. Our group fitness classes are led by students of the Kinesiology and Health Studies department. Faculty of the Kinesiology and Health Studies department act as mentors to the students leading these classes and coordinate education workshops.
