  • Fitness Tip:
    It is the perfect time to set fitness goals for this summer. The best way to set a goal is by starting with small goals that help you reach your overall big goal. For example, if your goal is to stand on one foot without using a chair for support, start by letting go of the chair for a quick second. Each time you practice increase the time you let go until you reach your goal of not needing the chair for support. Remember, setting short term goals leads to long term goals success.

  • CALL was recently featured in UCO’s Normal Magazine article.
  • CALL was recently featured in UCO’s Old North publication. The article, “Exchanging More Than Knowledge,” was written by Lorene Roberson and recently won first place at the 40th UpperCase Awards hosted by the Public Relations Society of America. It details CALL’s collaboration with Dr. Gülşah Şahin of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in Çanakkale, Turkey.
