Required Courses:  Career Advancement Students

The following courses are required for completion of the RN to BS and RN to MS programs at UCO.  The number of hours required from nursing classes are 24.  According to the Oklahoma Board of Regents and the University of Central Oklahoma policy, students must have a minimum of 30 hours in residence at UCO prior to graduation.  Unless these six additional hours are taken as prerequisite courses at UCO, students will need to take an additional six hours to meet this 30 hour requirement.  See the Academic Advisor for Nursing for more information.

Classes may be taken on a full-time or part-time basis.  See the Career Advancement Coordinator to develop your plan of study.
