Appeals Process for Denied Admission

At the University of Central Oklahoma, students have the opportunity to appeal a denied admissions decision. For the committee to consider your appeal, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Complete and online application, turn in all required paperwork and receive an admissions decision. (Appeals will not be considered until an admissions decision has been processed.)
  2. Follow the instructions and complete the online appeal petition found here: Admissions Appeal Form
  3. Submit a completed appeal petition through one of the methods listed below. (Incomplete appeals will not be processed.)

Admission appeals are reviewed on a weekly basis. It may take up to a week to receive initial communication from the Appeals Committee.
