Financial Aid Processing

  • Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) - Students may apply for federal financial aid each year by completing the FAFSA on the web at   The FAFSA application is used to apply for nearly all types of federal and state aid programs.  The purpose of the FAFSA is to determine the family’s ability to pay for college according to a federal calculation.  The result is called the Expected Family Contribution (EFC).  This figure is used by the financial aid office to determine how much and what types of aid you may be eligible to receive.  Be sure to include UCO’s Title IV School Code 003152 and your intended housing plans for UCO when completing the FAFSA!
