Reminder! Please check your UCO e-mail account regularly for correspondence from our office.


  • **Important Notice** For federal and state grant eligibility, the student enrollment level at the time of the add/drop deadline for 16 week/semester courses, and 8 week summer term courses will be used for grant calculation and eligibility.  Any credits added after these add/drop deadlines will not be included for financial aid eligibility, i.e. Federal Pell, SEOG Grants, and Oklahoma Tuition Aid Grants (OTAG).  Direct Loan eligibility requires the student be enrolled halftime (6 credits for undergraduates, and 5 credits for graduate students), at the time of processing and disbursement.
  • Until further notice, the FAFSA IRS Data Retrieval tool that allows you to transfer your federal tax data to the 17/18 FAFSA is temporarily unavailable.  You must manually enter your tax information using your federal tax return, or the Tax Return Transcript.

  • Financial Aid can now accept a 2015 signed copy of the federal tax return OR the tax return transcript for the student and/or parent for 17/18 Verification requirements.  Please e-mail osfa@uco.edu or call 405.974.2727 if you previously turned in a federal tax return.

Fall 2017:

  • Financial Aid Appeal Deadline:  Friday, Sept. 8th. 
  • Bookstore charging for fall: July 18th through Sept. 21st.

    • New Financial Aid Refund Information!  UCO students can now set up their Refund Delivery Method through Touchnet, the university's new student refund delivery partner.  (The delivery preference set up with the university's previous partner, BankMobile, will not be transferred.  You must select your method again with Touchnet).  To select your Refund Delivery Method:  1) Log in to your UCONNECT account, 2) Select the "My Finances" tab, 3) Go to Touchnet, 4) Once on the Touchnet site, you will be prompted to Choose Your Refund Delivery Method.  (Please note there is only one choice, "Direct Deposit to Your Existing Checking or Savings Bank Account").
