Scholarships at the University of Central Oklahoma

Your UCO Admissions Application will apply for Academic, Leadership and Oklahoma State Regents scholarships. Some academic and leadership scholarships require an interview. If selected for an interview, you will be contacted at the end of February. You must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at www.fafsa.gov to be considered for scholarships. Recipients of scholarship awards will be notified by letter or email. Students not receiving awards will not be notified. 85% of incoming freshmen scholarships are awarded through the online application at www.uco.edu/apply. However, we encourage all freshmen to look for additional opportunities and information in the resource section online at www.uco.edu/scholarships. In addition, if you are a current UCO student, you may want to create an online scholarship profile through our portal located at scholarships.uco.edu.

Foundation Scholarship Portal

Thanks to the generosity of donors, the UCO Foundation assists students with their college expenses by offering more than 450 scholarships and awards each year.

While each scholarship and award has its own unique selection criteria, they all reward our students who work hard to maintain high academic standards, give back to the university and the community through their leadership and service and represent UCO's core values of character, civility and community.

To learn more about the application process for the majority of our scholarships and awards please visit the UCO Foundation Scholarship portal and create a profile at: scholarships.uco.edu

The Foundation places a high priority on growing the number of scholarships and awards we offer to UCO students. If you are a donor who would like to establish a new scholarship or award with your gift, please contact the UCO Foundation office at 405-974-3798.
