Details to note:

  • The UCO Service Desk is the central contact point for support and technical concerns at UCO.
  • You can submit requests to the UCO Service Desk via email, phone or by visiting the desk on the first floor of the Library.
  • Starting July 6, ticket notifications will have a new look.  Notifications will come notify@teamdynamixapp.com.

  • In Fall 2017, you will be able to submit tickets online.  Watch your email for more details later this summer.

Our goal is to provide you with responsive and customer-friendly service, and we are excited about elevating our level of service management with this new tool.
