Desk-side Assistance

The Technology Resource Center offers desk-side training to faculty and staff.  TRC supports most campus software and a wide variety of equipment. 

Call TRC at 974-5595 for help troubleshooting or to request a one-on-one training.

Also, don't forget about the Virtual Helpdesk in UCONNECT.  It is a searchable database of over 15,000 questions and answers.  You may find just what you need with only a couple of clicks!
