Strength, Speed and Agility Camp

Strength Sport and Agility

Who:
Kids ages 8-15 yrs. old

What:
The goals of this two-week camp include the following:

• Improve straight ahead speed (SAS)
• Improve core and leg strength
• Develop confidence in athletic skills
• Improve lateral speed and agility (LSA)
• Improve general fitness level
• Improve cardiovascular fitness

Where:
UCO WELLNESS CENTER (THE YARD)

When:

June 11-22; Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m.
July 16-27; Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m.

Six training sessions, camp t-shirt, instruction from Nationally Certified personal trainers
