Fall 2016 Class Descriptions

All About Abs:

This class is designed to help target and strengthen all of your abdominal muscles as well as improve your lower back strength. This is a 20 minute class designed for all fitness levels.

Boot Camp:

This class is a total body workout that incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength and quickness.


PIYO Live takes you through stretching, strengthening, and body weight resistance exercises at a fast flowing pace to help sculpt and define your muscles.


A cardiovascular workout utilizing specialized stationary bikes, participants choose their resistance while riding to exhilarating music! In this class, you will burn calories! Climb, sprint and jump your workout to the next level. Make sure to bring a reusable water bottle!


This class has all the elements of a spin class, but with the added benefit of strength training and toning exercises.


This class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. (maximum 20 participants)


A combination of principles from Yoga and Pilates and a great mind/body class for people of all fitness levels.  This class focuses on flexibility, core, stability and strength, as well as relaxation techniques.


Fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat!
