Spring 2018 Class Descriptions

Boot Camp

This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness and flexibility. Rest assured you will leave the class with a good sweat!

PIYO Live®  

PIYO Live takes you through stretching, strengthening, and body weight resistance exercises at a fast flowing pace to help sculpt and define your muscles.

Spin

A cardiovascular workout utilizing specialized stationary bikes, participants choose their resistance while riding to exhilarating music! In this class, you will burn calories! Climb, sprint and jump your workout to the next level. Make sure to bring a reusable water bottle!

Spinsanity

Spinsanity is the best of both worlds! A high-intensity combination of cycling along with plyometric and strength training circuits to get you sweating. This class focuses on building strength and agility along with endurance. The constant challenges are thrown at your body help you get the most out of your workout in a short amount of time! Let's get sweating!

Strength Training

This class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

Yin Yoga 

Slow-paced practice where postures are held for a long duration and connective tissues are hydrated and repaired. Yin teaches mindfulness, bringing us into the present moment.

Yoga/Pilates

A combination of principles from Yoga and Pilates, a great mind/body class for people of all fitness levels. This class will focus on flexibility, core, stability, strength, as well as relaxation techniques.

Yoga

Different poses combined with breathing techniques to relax your mind and strengthen your body. All poses can be modified to be more or less challenging. Participants will be taught several variations of all poses.

ZUMBA®

Fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat!
