Fall 2019 Class Descriptions


Cardio Barre 

This class is great for all fitness levels and combines high energy with low impact. This class will focus on toning, sculpting, and stretching your entire body with resistance exercises.



Stands for High Energy Aerobic Toning. It introduces weight lifting in a fun, energetic environment. Each class hits each major muscle group, is coupled with a push/pull motion, and incorporates plyometrics and calisthenics to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

Hip-Hop Cardio

This class utilizes different types of dance to exercise and move your body. This class will increase your heart rate, burn calories, and improve stamina while sculpting lean muscle.


An intense workout with controlled jabs, punches, kicks, and combinations. Participants will be challenged and inspired to discover endless energy and power of simple, yet precise, kickboxing techniques.


PIYO Live takes you throgh stretching, strengthening, and body weight resistance exercises at a fast flowing pace to help sculpt and define your muscles.


A cardiovascular workout utilizing specialized stationary bikes, participants choose their resistance while riding to exhilarating music! In this class, you will burn calories! Climb, sprint and jump your workout to the next level. Make sure to bring a reusable water bottle!


Spinsanity is the best of both worlds! A high intensity combination of cycling along with plyometric and strength training circuits to get you sweating. This class focuses on building strength and agility along with endurance. The constant challenges thrown at your body help you get the most out of your workout in a short amount of time. Let's get sweating!

Strength Training

This class will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.


Different poses combined with different breathing techniques to relax your mind and strengthen your body. All poses can be modified to be more or less challenging. Participants will be taught several variations for all poses.


Fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat!
