Summer 2017 Class Descriptions

Boot Camp:

This class is a total body workout that incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength and quickness.


A cardiovascular workout utilizing specialized stationary bikes, participants choose their resistance while riding to exhilarating music! In this class, you will burn calories! Climb, sprint and jump your workout to the next level. Make sure to bring a reusable water bottle!


Spinsanity is the best of both worlds! A high intensity combination of cycling along with plyometric and strength training circuits to get you sweating. This class focuses on building strength and agility along with endurance. The constant challenges thrown at your body help you get the most out of your workout in a short amount of time! Let's get sweating!


60 minutes of poses combined with breathing techniques to relax your mind and strengthen your body. All poses can be modified to be more or less challenging. Participants will be taught several variations for all poses.


Fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat!
