Conference And Event Space Rentals


Event Space Rental
Conference Room -  $50.00 per hour
Outdoor Seating Area -  $40.00 per hour
Combined Conference Room/Outdoor Seating Area - $75.00 per hour

Fees apply to all non UCO groups at all times.
Fees apply to all groups (including UCO groups) outside of regular business hours.

Facility Notes
Events are limited to no more than 100 participants.
Package 1 is limited to no more than 50 participants.
For groups over 36 participants, both the outdoor seating area and conference room must be rented.
The conference room seats 24 at tables and up to 36 total.
No overnight Groups. Campsite rentals are available at the Edmond Park entrance booth.
All packages are limited to 3 hours. If more than 3 hours are desired an hourly rate will be applied for space rental and facilitation, if required.
