The Office of Information Technology and the University Police have implemented a new Video Surveillance System across campus. In order to initiate your request for possible adoption of the new Video Surveillance System, please complete the following questions. Upon submission of this form, a Service Desk ticket will be generated and assigned to the Security Technology Coordinator. Following receipt of your ticket, you will be contacted by the Security Technology Coordinator.
